KAP to host 39th annual meeting in January 2023

Keystone Agricultural Producers (KAP) will be hosting its 39th annual meeting on January 24 and 25, 2023, in-person at the Delta Hotels Winnipeg. The meeting will kick off at 9:00am on the first day. It will also be livestreamed online.

Panels will discuss environmental stewardship, sustainability, public trust, and more. This year’s focus will be the fact that in agriculture, what we do matters. Speakers will include Manitoba farmers, experts in food security, sustainability, soil science, leadership and public policy, a former federal Cabinet Minister, and others. 

The keynote address will be delivered by best-selling author and leadership expert, Jeff Barnes. Jeff has travelled across North America and is a world-renowned Disney keynote speaker on the life and lessons of Walt Disney. While most know the beloved characters and theme parks, few know Walt’s rags-to-riches story of perseverance that brought his success. His remarks will focus on leadership, resilience, and how a few simple choices can lead to greatness.
