Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada sought feedback on a future rural development action plan. Given the significant influence farmers have on the social, economic, and cultural aspects of rural Manitoba, KAP responded to the Rural Development Action Plan consultation. Our recommendations focused on five key areas: community safety, rural connectivity, immigration and population, rural infrastructure, and program action and delivery.
