Resolved, that KAP lobby the Government of Manitoba to appoint a representative with experience from the forage seed industry to the Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation board of directors.
Update
KAP raised this issue with the Department of Agriculture and MASC. The provincial government fulfilled the intent of this resolution with the appointment of a new board member to the MASC Board of Directors (first announced in early 2024 and continuing through the 2025/2026 term).
