Resolved, that KAP partners with APAS and the Saskatchewan Crop Commissions (Sask Wheat, Sask Barley, Sask Canola, Sask Flax, Sask Oats, and the Saskatchewan Pulse Growers) in their pursuit to make grain contracts clearer and more balanced, and be it further

Resolved, that KAP call on the Canadian Grain Commission to bring producers and grain companies together and provide oversight to a collaborative approach in re-structuring grain contracts that are clear and fair for both the grain company and the producer.
