Resolved, that KAP investigate options to rectify the difference in moisture testing methods between UGMA style and 919.
Update
KAP included this resolution in the 2021 Grain Act Review. The Canadian Grain Commission’s Grain Research Laboratory is currently conducting an multi-year study to harmonize these readings.
