Resolved, that KAP lobby Manitoba Agriculture and Resource Development and Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation to improve the customer service response times at their service centres.
Update
KAP raised this issue with MASC. Manitoba Agriculture has established clear response time standards for phone inquiries (immediate during business hours) and voicemails (within 2 business days) for its general and funding inquiry lines. MASC has also opened new service centers in Shoal Lake and Virden in 2025.
