Resolved, that KAP take a leadership role in the development of an agriculture strategy for Scope 4 emissions.
Update
KAP researched Scope 4 Emissions, and the concept remains underdeveloped in policy frameworks. KAP continues to emphasize soil health and agroecological practices as tools for avoided emissions. KAP will continue to monitor progress on Scope 4 emissions in agriculture.
