The Seeds Regulations play an important role in establishing quality standards while maintaining trust and confidence in seed production. Proposing changes to the Seeds Regulations has been a multi-year process. The CFIA has completed many consultations and recently posted proposed changes for further discussion. KAP has worked closely with the Canadian Seed Growers Association given the consultation’s specific questions.
